i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Help

So I'm kinda new to mount and blade warband I've played a few games but haven't gotten to becoming a vassal in most I finally became a vassal for the Nords and got decent troops then left and took over Nelag castle (which belonged to the vagiers) and made one of my companions a lord and gave them Hanun. I tried taking over Bulugha castle and succeeded but then they took it back imitate I did manage to get another lord though what should I do? Please help and take note im new
