Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Perisno Culture

Quick question that I can't find answered with any search, what does 'Favor No Culture Over Others' in detail do? Do you get troops of all kinds? Do you get a different type from even Perisnoians? I'd just like to know what it does for Troops, Vassals and Village Recruits.
