Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Which companion(s) are your character's closest friends?

Throughout your time in Calradia, which of the many possible companions have taken good care of/trusted most? If you roleplay your game, which of them would your character go to when in need of counsel or something?

For me, it's Borcha. He was the first person I employed, he's never tried to leave, he's a very loyal man with the right morality to put up with the occasional village raid but no more, he is a very capable soldier, and I have equipped him with the top of the line heraldic armor and a full helm as well as a good steed. If King Jacob Arrano (Basque word for Eagle) of the Aquila Kingdom didn't need him to be his general, he would've made him his minister rather than Queen Enricata.

I also quite like Matheld, Jeremus, and Firentis. I frequently send Matheld to King Ragnar bearing gifts/goodwill, and Firentis is an excellent leader of men given enough time is put into his skills.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
