i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Wondering which is better

So long story short I somehow gained Laria as my city while being under sarleon's banner. Much to my surprise I found a masterwork hawkstorm bow in the chest with a required power draw of 10. Currently using the emerald rune bow and was wondering if it would be worth getting to power draw 10 and using the hawkstorm or keep with emerald?

TL;DR gained laria with power draw 10 masterwork bow, is that better than emerald rune bow in damage?
