Bannerlord will have procedurally generated lords?

The new dev blog says you can have a kid that will grow up into an adult. That means that other lords will have kids that will grow up into new lords. Does this mean that we'll see dynasties and generations of leaders that are generated by the game itself? Where you can kill lords and have new ones pop up in their place?
