Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Is there a way to change this? submitted by /u/FingersToKeyboard [link] [comments]

I really hope Bannerlord does these 3 things...

  1. Allow us to customise the weapons, looks and style of our troops. It would be cool to start your own Kingdom and have your troops at various levels of the troop tree look different and use certain armour/weapons.

  2. Provide a robust crafting system, one of the worst things about M&B vanilla was scouring the land looking for that one weapon or piece of armour, it'd be much better to just be able to craft them given the right materials.

  3. Improve on the food management system. Buying food in M&B is just a tedious chore, particularly late-game when you have more than enough money to constantly be stocked on everything. I'd much rather just be able to assign a 'Quartermaster' and then have a tab in the party management screen that lists all the different types of food, you then 'check' which types of food you want and (optionally) set the maximum threshold price that you are willing to spend to stock that food. The Quartermaster then automatically stocks the 'checked' food if it can be acquired at the same price or under the price threshold you set - where the prices still change dynamically based on where you are. E.g. you 'check' butter and then set the threshold at 150g. The Quartermaster will now endeavour to stock butter for your troops, but only if he can acquire it for 150g or less (if it can't be acquired in the region your in, he has to travel further to get it which adds to the cost of the butter, so it might end up being over the threshold). Something like this would remove a lot of the tedium.

Is anything like this already planned to be in the game? The dev cycle has been very long and I haven't followed it the entire time.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it. Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. (This mod includes source btw) https://www.nexusmods.com/mbwarband/mods/6243/?tab=description Also, I am hoping to support it in the future, i.e through content updates and bug fixes. I hope everyone likes it!! :D Submitted August 11, 2018 at 09:48PM by amazing_lily https://ift.tt/2KMd9rK

Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
