I wish we could just chat with lords

That's a feature I'm surprised isn't in any mod. Instead of asking a lord for a quest it would be nice to talk with them. You would pass a persuasion/charisma check and gain a few points of relationship(available once per day). It would make charisma way more useful and add realism to the game, you won't become someone's best friend by being his courier.
