Where to begin... So the Battanians get into their fateful war with Vlaandians, but the western empire declared war upon their new Vlaandian neighbors. The western empire and the battanians pushed back the Vlaandians, but then the Aserai attacked the Western Empire. The Vlaandians made peace with the Battanians to focus their efforts on the western empire, and though the Battanians were doing well on their own, the Sturgians declared war on them. Battanians lose Flintolg castle but gain the Kranirog and Mazhadan castles, and then they claim Sturgia-owned Epicrotea during the Sturgian's battle against the Western Empire. The Khuzait declare war on the Sturgians and claim Tyal from them, so the Sturgians make peace with the Battanians to focus on the Khuzait. The western empire loses ground to both the Aserai and the Vlaandians, so they are forced to make peace with the Vlaandians. How much does the trainer skill affect exp earned by troops at the training grounds while sparring? It seems to make a difference but I’m not sure. Is there a formula anywhere or has anyone tested it?
Basically, I’m playing PoP again and I want to try something I haven’t done yet, and I’m wondering if choosing the options to start with 5 trainer will be worth it. I want to spar and train some elite troops right at the start.
