Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Cavalry in forests

A really cool mechanic I think would be to dismount and slightly damage the player/troops who run into trees at high speeds. Currently you just go 100-0 on trees, rocks, etc. It would make charging into a heavily forested area with infantry very dangerous for mounted units, and could provide some interesting scenarios. Of course at lower speeds you would just stop, maybe the horse takes like 1 damage or something insignificant.
