Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [AWOIAF]How long does it take to change a village’s faith?

So I worship the old god, but it says that my village continues to worship other gods...so I can’t recruit any troops. I have built the tree to convert the faith already, but it has been maybe 5 in game weeks now, and it still says that they are worshiping other gods, and still no option for recruit despite the village really likes me(26 relationship) . How long does it take? Or is it even possible to change there religious beliefs?
