What is fast mode?

Can I get the Empress achievement while playing a total conversion mod?

I'm currently playing "Legacy of the Dragon" while getting the last achievements before Bannerlord comes out. Does anyone know, if I can unluck the Empress achievement while conquering a different land other than Calradia? The description implies that it requires conquering Calradia specifically.
