Shokuho loading times

Hiya! Just started Shokuho! First impressions of the actual gameplay are very positive, but I'm finding it hard to get to it. It's obviously in need of some serious optimization. Seems like every time I visit a new area, I have to wait for a long time, sometimes many minutes, for "shader compiling." Any Tournament mods that work in 2021?

I'm extremely new to bannerlord mods and was wondering if there was a good tournament mod that actually makes the leaderboard mean something? I tried to use one that I found, but for some reason, Harmony will just make my game crash and the last time i checked, all of the good mods need harmony and MCM to properly function. does anybody know of a fix to this?

here are my pc specs if that makes a difference:

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7Ghz Processor

AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6

16 DDR4-2666 RAM

500GB SSD

10/100/1000 LAN + WiFi 5 WLAN

Windows 10 Pro

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
