I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Does your individual relationships with leaders within your kingdom has any impact in the voting process?
I am referring to all the voting for fiefs, policies and so on.
Also, I am not sure whether general influence counts, counts exclusively, or partially.
