Vortex “plugins didnt deploy correctly”

When i try to deploy plugins like modlib, harmony, uiextended, etc it gives me a error message saying they didnt deploy correctly and i cant figure out how to make them work its inly plugins like the ones ive stated armor mods and others deploy just fine any help would be appreciated
