I keep getting the same error every time I launch sandbox or campaign mode

The error that I keep on getting is "Could not load merged xml file correctly : ItemsError: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." I figured out that this error is being cause by Realistic Battle Mod, as when that is not loaded the game loads up fine. I tried reinstalling it and manually installing it but that didn’t work. I am also using vortex so initially I used that to download it and it didn’t work. I also have the required UnblockDLL1.3 but it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks!
