In the previous versions of the game I remember that setting horse archers to "charge" would make them circle the enemy while showering them with arrows, and "engage" will make them retreat from enemy's melee range while shooting as they retreat. In this version it doesn't seem to be working that way? I've sent them to charge and about half of them went melee and the other half was randomly walking around, shooting at the shieldwall's shields. What commands should I be using for Horse Archers? Ok so I’ve had Warband for a while but only recently actually learned the mechanics other than get peasants, become vassal, die. I’ve gotten my army of knights and carved out my own kingdom. No one can stop me.
So now that I’ve gotten the hang of warband I got curious about Bannerlord. The game looks freakin fantastic and a big upgrade on a lot of things from Warband. But my concern is that A) it’s $50 and ahh money. B) the newer era game means more advanced and intricate mechanics, if I just figured out warband can I even fathom bannerlord?
