What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? They keep coming with 1100 troop armies and I keep destroying them, shouldn’t the...

Excited about the Fog of War update coming to consoles… but when?

I’m a moderately patient man when I want to be. For example I still haven’t pulled the trigger on the gaming PC I want so badly (currently I’ve been switching between chivalry, Bannerlord, and CK3.

I’m asking current PC players how the new enemy A.I. behaves? Are they still mindless charging zombie a with no regard for their own suffering at the hands of me and thy greatsword (plus great speed).

The best tactic againsy infantry like this is running in a circle while occasionally spinning around to attack the nearest one or two mindless a holes all in attack stance, rinse repeat. Thamanaske steel helps a lot but 🤷‍♂️ not exactly the most interesting scene. It’s more comic relief than dramatic action if you decide to increase your characters involvement in the killing fields.

Also since fog of war I wonder if they will implement any kind of information gathering in order to track down targets (yes yes I know…. Probably going to need a mod)

IMO the future heart of gaming (as well as being intersting challenges) is to give players a sandbox of dynamic mechanics and just enough exposition to run with and Create our own narratives. Then we can use these games as machinima production tools without needing to learn anything more than how to play the game, and some storytelling expertise.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
