Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. How to get better governors?

How do I grind my companions/family members steward so that I can get them perks that make them better governors (such as drill sergeant and stiff upper lift)?
