Where are the overhauls

What’s happened with these majorly hyped overhaul mods that were teased years ago? There are so many that sound like so much fun, but after years they are still just MIA. I remember seeing stuff for Crusades, War of The Roses, Lord of The Rings, Starwars, etc.

Any news there?
