Question about armies

So as you guys know, when I started a game and also became a vassal to the Northern Empire the second we go to war like 4 armies pop up from our side to fight. The question I have is when I succeeded Lucon (on this game and a past game) whenever we go to war NO ONE creates an army. I was wondering if it was due to me being emperor or something else. So where do I go from here?

I started out as a mercenary, did pretty well and then did tournaments during peace time. Got some good money, married Caladogs daughter, and they just gave me control of my first city/fief after it rebelled. We (Battannia) are now at war with the sturgians and I’m following around the 2000 man army.

This is all in my first playthrough (sandbox) so I have no idea what I’m doing. What do I do now that I have my own city and capturing towns/castles? I have around 100 soldiers.

I have seen things saying smithing is op, but I have no idea how to do that. Battania is also the strongest faction currently, in troop and city count and money.

Any tips or help is def appreciated.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
