Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. How do I know if birth is turned on?

I recently got married in the game but she hasn’t gotten pregnant yet. I have no idea if I can even get her pregnant. I just jumped into the campaign without changing any of the difficulty settings. Anyone know what the default is?
