What is fast mode?

Could i attack ever other kingdom to start a war then leave my current kingdom and start my own?

Would that help with the fact that I’ll immediately have war declared once I leave because they will already be fighting other wars. I know they will declare war no matter what but do you guys thing it could distract them?
