Chamber blocking is not a viable strategy in Bannerlord, since the player attempting to do it is more likely to take damage than to deal damage when attempting to chamber. This is true for SP but especially true for multiplayer, where players feint, move laterally, etc, which makes chamber blocking a rare and lucky event. Seriously you need a fucking physics degree to understand this. 10k different modifiers, loyalty is constantly sliding to 50, buffs get random debuffs, money is taken from you daily, and it seems construction is just random rng garbage Oh, and Governor culture. Hi F1-F3 enjoyers. Haven't touch Bannerlord for quite a bit and maybe wanna start a new playthrough, though as an audiophile that loves downloading sound mods for any game i touch, im surprised of the lack of sound mods for MB2 I've seen some here and there, but nothing quite like the stuff ive seen for other heavily modded games. Reason I would like to mod it, is because i feel the game greatly lacks atmosphere when it comes to the sounds in battle, it just feels very fake and bland imo. Recently did a Kingdom Come Deliverance playthrough and the sound impressed me for how simple, yet immersive it is. Now that you're done double checking what sub this was posted in, for the record I have to say I did not feel good about this one. One shitty thing they don't tell you when you kill off every clan in the game and start fresh with companion clans is that they don't spawn with noble women, only men. Calradia was turning into a real sausage fest real fast and I was worried clans would start dying off with no heirs, so I made a bunch more with women companions to replenish the gene pool a little bit. 20ish years later and all their heirs are coming of age and marrying off. I finally got me a wife just as my OG characters older brothers wife died (hes my current characters grand-uncle). The only unmarried women at the time was my youngest sister in law, and seeing as he never had kids with his first wife and is probably going to die any season now I had to do what I had to do... As of this writing they are happily married, have 2 children, and family cookouts remain awkward a

ive been playing just long enough to realize each {culture?} has its own troop tree and each culture excels in its own field. Im essentially looking to play as a mass market trader that stays out of politics until i can afford to throw money and souls at it disposably, but my core force needs to be unbreakable boulders. in other games my go to is to create a blend of low atk defense mains and mid atk defense blends that i mix to form a wall in front of a primarily archer based force for defense. im thinking im going to main battian archer tier 6s and im looking for the best troop of pair of troops to let them do their work without dying too fast or in masse. or should i plan around a squad of elite archers and always be buying fresh meat shields for them? submitted by /u/timmah612 [link] [comments]

After many half finished campaigns, I’ve finally got a solid way build wealth and renown really quickly to fast forward your kingdom for new players: Have about 3-4 points in trade. Keep no more than 25 mid tier troops. It know it’s tempting to have more but it’s a waste of money. 25 is a good balance of carry capacity and killing occasional bandits. This is probably the most helpful part of the post -> Buy raw silk from Amprela in the Northern empire on khuzati boarder. Under 10 is a good deal, sell across aserai for 18-30. Buy pottery for under 100 and jewelry for under 200 from the aserai and bring it up toward Battania. Sell if you find good prices above that. Buy flax and clay for 10 or less, and tools for 50-60 in Battania. Head back toward Amprela, load up on a shit load of silk, then repeat. Eventually you can start mixing in other goods when you get a feel for the pricing but from what I’ve seen, silk from Amprela goes really far in Aserai territory, and too

If you are a smart businessman, you would play towards your strength, or your "edge". Likewise, TW knows its competitors in the genre of medieval gaming. As such, its focus is on the battle simulation aspect because no other games offer what it offers. It shall not focus on diplomacy because ck3 offers a better product. It shall not focus on fief management because manor lord offers a better product. The list could go on but you get my point. This has only been my second attempt at an Aserai playthrough (usually take Ostican-Rovalt peninsula as a battanian/sturgian forming my own kingdom) and I've gotta say, it's one of my favorite playthroughs ever. I pledged allegiance to Emperor Garios the Arrogant in 1088 , fought & slayed Unquid, used the entirety of my influence to bring a western army to Sanala and take it for my own. After a brutal siege I'd taken the capital, my army of 1.4K was tittled down to 640, but I'd taken it. As two Aserai armies approached to besiege my freshly won town I marched my troops onto the open field ready to fight, at least that's what the 6 western Archons thought. As the enemy encroached I'd disbanded my army, and betrayed the west & fought them with the Aserai. A significant defeat allowed me to vow for peace at only 4k denar. I owned Sanala as an independent clan, forged alliances via marriage, the galliant Epipheria of the Impestores became my Queen, my

I have no idea why, but nearly every time I join a multiplayer game, and sometimes when I enter an environment in singleplayer, my headset just stops working. In singleplayer I found that I could sometimes deselect and reselect the headset, and audio will work again, however it doesn't work in multiplayer. I checked the sound devices on my PC when I encountered the issue, and found that my headset was literally removed from the list, only to reappear after closing Bannerlord. This has never been an issue in the past, so I'm clueless what could have changed. This is literally the only game I've encountered this issue with. I have the Hyper X Cloud II headset with 7.1 surround sound. Also, my regular speakers work perfectly fine. Like in the early game its pretty good you know, they'll actually use good tactics and fight back. Later on though they just go into a corner of the map and do absolutely nothing. Hi all. I’ve spent the past five hours meticulously setting up the Europe 1100, along with the Eirik’s troop submod. I managed to get everything set up according to instructions a few hours ago. I had the loadup correct, the dlls unlocked, all the compatible mods up to date. It’s been a carousel of crashes ever since. First I couldn’t get past the loading screen and following some tinkering I managed to get to the title page. After that it’s never failed to crash after pressing the new game button. I’ve redownloaded all of the mods, reworked certain settings, tried using just steam versions, just nexus, etc. This is incredibly frustrating.
