I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. I'm wanting to do a merc playthrough. My idea was that id pick a kingdom to serves that is different from my own background and only use units from my culture. So if i chose to serve a valandian as a khusait id have to travel back to khusait to recruit more men. My idea is that I'm a foreigner who will supply the kingdom with special units. I was hoping for suggestions on which culture sounds the most fun to do this as and who do I serve?
