Launcher Won't Load

This is a first for me, but maybe it's happening to other people. I click play on Steam, it starts to load the launcher, and then it quits. I click the desktop shortcut, it starts to load the launcher, and then it quits. I try to launch through NVIDIA, it starts to load the launcher, and then it quits. I've tried going directly through the executable but it just crashes on load. Can't even get to the point of disabling mods because the launcher won't load, and it was running fine with mods yesterday. Didn't change a single thing.

Anyone have any ideas?
