What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? Could you answer these questions on Modding?

Hello, I have been playing M&B since 2016 and have played more mods than the vanilla game, to be fair. With my 300 rookie hours sunk into defeating the Lannisters in ACOK and dominating the Europe in AD, I've always wanted to mod the game myself. Sadly, I have only small experience in modding through Mafia 3 and Minecraft.

Also, the type of mod I wish to create if I am to start at one point, is not adding items but rather changing the scenario, factions, adding some clothes and making characters etc. So, here are my questions, thanks in advance is you plan on answering them.

  1. Are there any modding discord/reddit communities out there which could occasionally help with small questions? I feel as if in some ways, a community would be superior to a guide in helping me understand modding, and I have seen this while doing small modifications to Mafia 3, and finding the guides near useless compared to a discord I regularly used a few months ago. So, if you know any modding communities or discords, please answer this question.
  2. Are there any very detailed guides out there? I'll admit, I've mostly been googling and surfing youtube for guides, but mostly, I don't find very good tutorials, or rather, they're not what I want. Please don't say, "Just google it" but answer this question if you know any.
  3. How would I make a scenario? Most modding guides I've seen are also mostly about editing items and other things which aren't to do with making a scenario mod like the ones such as ACOK, WOIAF, AD and Imperial Rome. If someone could tell me how I would make a map, cities and those types of modding, I would be delighted
