Medieval Conquests vs. 257 AD - Enhanced Edition

Of course, I messed up the title :(

Mods in question:

Medieval Conquests

1257 AD - Enhanced Edition

Both of these mods are based around 1257 Anno Domini. I was just curious what people considered pros and cons to both, or which you guys prefer and why.

    1257 ad = 1257 ad
    Medieval conquest = 1257 ad + extra features.

    May be im not sure but
    1257 enhanced edition = 1257 + other extra features + extra features (25% in common)
