Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Tax tarrifs are way too high in the first week

Is it just me or do you guys find that towns give more than they should in the first weekly payment? Recently i captured Narra, the town was very rich i admit, but the tarrifs on the weekly payment gave me around 80k, which i think is a little too much.
