i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. I am off to gamescom next month to play Bannerlord.

I got my tickets for gamescom, hopefully I will get my hands on bannerlord(multiplayer, not sure if I'll play singleplayer though)and visit Cologne.If I get a chance I'll drink from a developer's skull. Wish me luck.
