"No Dragon Banner Timeout" mod crash 1.5.7

Has anyone got the mod that removes the Main Quest time limit to work with the latest patch? It crashes when loading for me. The author seems to have abandoned the mod and I don't wanna start yet another campaign..

If not, does anyone know any alternative mods that do the same thing?
