I'm just playing my first playthrough with a female character and I can't say I'm not disappointed

I'm a man, so I almost always play as a male character in every game because it's more immersive for me. But with my new Bannerlord playthrough I decided to create a female character just to see what's different. Well imagine my surprise when I found out that literally nothing is different. Marriage works the same (you still have to convince your potential partner that you are a good match, and then they join YOUR clan), there aren't any suitors that try to win your favor, there is nobody courting you. Pregnancy doesn't affect your character at all. The only way you know that your character is pregnant is by looking at your page in the encyclopedia where you'll see a tiny icon that indicates pregnancy. The game is just literally the same in every possible aspect, except that your character has physical female features.
