Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How does Village Income Work?

Currently not getting any tax income from my villages, I presume there are a bunch of modifiers at play resulting in that. Is there a way to see a breakdown if village income? Thanks
