Can I Create Different Infantryman/Archer sub groups?

Hi,

I'd like to separate my shock infantry troops and my shielded infantry troops for tactical reasons. Same goes with crossbow and Archers. Is there a way to do this so shock Troops are key 1 and shield troops are key 2 etc...? I have over 300 hours but don't know how
