My Brothers and other lords do not have any levels in any skills. Any idea what is causing this? I am running CA_Eagle rising as the main mod.

Warband awoiaf

So is there anyway to force peace? A cheat with command bar or something? I need to make peace with the westerlands but tywin is prisoner of the north rightnow and I need to go to King's landing to varys' questline otherwise I can't get daenerys to spawn
