The Best Armor I have Ever Found

I have played several thousand hours of Bannerlord. This is the only time in all of those hours that I have ever found a Tier 6 Legendary chest armor piece. I found this for sale in a town. So is there anyway to force peace? A cheat with command bar or something? I need to make peace with the westerlands but tywin is prisoner of the north rightnow and I need to go to King's landing to varys' questline otherwise I can't get daenerys to spawn
