A mod for Absolutism or Realistic Administration

So i am talking about a mod that would make it possible to make monarch take all the decisions. Because be it a desert culture or be it a northern culture, in the game they are both ruled with same admin. system. Which is not really realistic, like, is this Switzerland bro? Im doing a playthrough in vanilla, and its not really even fun anymore. Any tips?

Ive allied myself with the southern empire, and married Raghea's daughter, and Im more powerful than her, so my succession is kind of set up. My issue right now is that i cant make any headway at all. I'm at war with Vlandia and the Aserai, but i may have let them get too powerful. Aside from using cheats, I cant manage to hold on to a city for more than a few days at a time, and im pretty much just running crowd control on large armies. Am I in a locked cycle right now or what?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
