Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. How to win back the ability to court a lady

I was courting Silvind and after she agreed to marry me, during the time it took for me to go to her mother Calatild, for no good f$*(*ng reason we're apparently now "just not compatible uwu". She now says that every time i say "my lady is there any way i can redeem myself?". Even though i have 100 relation with both her and her mother. When i got to Calatild and raised the question of marriage she only offers her other daughter Ofoled or something. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN FIX THIS!? She was the best choice for the Vlandians i've been told. The only reason i can think of is we declared war on Battania while i was traveling to Calatild. THis game does things that just make no sense sometimes ffs. Like choosing peace with the battanians right when i'm setting a siege on the final town.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
