Declared war on allied mercenaries on load save?

I’m playing as southern Empire, have the Hidden Hand as mercenaries with a couple of their parties in my army. I started a big battle late at night, so half way through quit to go to bed, knowing I’d saved right before the battle anyway like a good little save scummer. Now when I reload any of the precious 3 autosaves I immediately declare war on the Hidden Hand and their parties abandon my Army. Is Cinematic style videos of this game doomed to not be popular?

Hey everyone,

I’ve poured my heart, sweat, and countless hours into creating a video that focuses on cinematic storytelling in gaming, but unfortunately, it hasn’t gained any traction.

This isn't a plea for views or sympathy—I’m just genuinely curious. Is anyone here interested in cinematic storytelling content? Or is this niche simply not resonating with people right now?

I love creating these videos and would like to keep pursuing my passion for storytelling, even if it doesn’t bring a huge response. But honestly, it's disheartening when your efforts seem to vanish into nothing...

Should I stick with this passion despite the lack of response? Or is it time to rethink the type of content I create? Any advice, feedback, or even a simple discussion would mean the world to me.
