i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. The combat sucks so bad

I have been playing bannerlord for like 300+ hours and I tried out warband I found its combat to be more fun and less of a headache honestly. I wish its combat system was more like it or maybe even Chivalry 2 because that games combat is so sexy
