In the previous versions of the game I remember that setting horse archers to "charge" would make them circle the enemy while showering them with arrows, and "engage" will make them retreat from enemy's melee range while shooting as they retreat. In this version it doesn't seem to be working that way? I've sent them to charge and about half of them went melee and the other half was randomly walking around, shooting at the shieldwall's shields. What commands should I be using for Horse Archers? (PoP) I’m not sure if this is due the sudden power cut my laptop had, but every merchant in every town only has a hide boots and around 0-300 money, also all my enterprises only give 0 money now. i’ve tried to revalidate files from the steam option, but no success.
I did some research and found similar players with the same problem, it’s like the whole data sheet went trough a shredder and ruined some code.. Also i don’t play with cheats not do i have them enabled, i’m also playing the latest build from the game.
Does anyone has a solution for this? Other players with the same issue say that reinstalling/clearing the catch doesn’t help, so is my save file totally doomed now...? (I play realistic mode so no extra saves)
