Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. At what point does it become acceptable to absolutely backstab your king/butterlord in Warband?

I have recently amassed around 1,000 renown and am in a good place with most of the Jarls. Is it now a good time to help that one guy in overthrowing Ragnar, and in turn, overthrow the guy who I just helped to overthrow Ragnar?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
