Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. I am getting a little short fuse with the game.

I was playing prophesy of pendor, and after few catastrophic events later... I retire the character, and delete the save file. I beat the game once with a male character, and have to do the same with a female one... and all my attempts have crushed and failed.

Not sure why I am writing this, but needed to get this off my chest. Maybe I am wondering if other have done the same...

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
