Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Is Count Tredian a jerk?

tldr; I gave Count Tredian a ton of fiefs, did I mess up?

So to cut a long story short, some shit led me to declaring a Russian Revolution about 60 days in, and for a while found myself bouncing between the two defending them after the war with the Nords turned out to be a lot shorter than I had banked on. After a while I went back to my court in Nelag to try and beg the Sultan for peace again, and Count Tredian was there, he offered to join me since Harlaus was being a wanker or something. Since he was my first vassal I showered him in gifts. But today I read here that the lords have personalities and some are just assholes. But I can't seem to find out what type of Lord Tredian is. I'm worried he's an asshat since he was so willing to dip from Swadia. So did I fuck up?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
