Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Pop- Knighthood order

Silvermist Rangers didnt get a chapter at the start. I am wondering is there a chance AI founds their chapter somehow? If yes, is there a way for me to make sure it happens? I dont want to be the one founding them.
