Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Those damn Sea Raiders

They talk shit like «Oh... I'm gonna drink from your skull!» but then I get defeated and they take me for a walk.

I am yet to see drinking beverages from the craniums of the deceased.

What gives?
