Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [ACOK]How can I change the idiot animations?

I'd downloaded acok 7.1 and started playing but I saw the people running like perverts .d.d

So how can I change the running and other weapon animations back to vanilla or something not looking stupid.
