"Failed Load Order Operation" Error

Making Bannerlord faction focus series - Empire

Hey guys! Pixelated Apollo here and I have been playing the bannerlord beta for a good amount of time and wanted to cover the factions in detail. Starting with the empire!

In your opinion what are some of the strengths and weakness of the Empire. Do you know any lore about the faction? What are some solid classes in the faction!
