Help me understand

So , I declared my own kingdom , and have reyvadin as capital. I appointed alayen as (the guy who stays at the capital) The vaegirs are completely destroyed and funky stuff are starting to happen. Some vaegir vassals are just staying in my fucking castle with their families , the castle is guarded by swadian Sargents. Not to mention some random guy appeared at my castle too. Noñ of them offer alligance.
