Imperial knight of the 15th century Calradia

Is there any way to make certain troops count as more than one soldier?

For example, could I make Man-at-arms count as two soldiers, and Knights count as three towards my Party Size limits?

I know The Last Days uses Orc Horde to add to your maximum Party Size whenever you hire an orc, so I thought I might be able to use a similar mechanism to decrease your maximum Party Size whenever you hired certain powerful troops. But I cound't find any information on how TLD implemented their change, and I was wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction.
