Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Starting dickplomacy just puts me into a normal game of diplomacy

Is this supposed to happen? Everything checks out and the modules list shows that it indeed is dickplomacy with that weird medieval dickpic and everything. I can’t find out what’s wrong
