Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Any Ideas for new play through

Was thinking of starting a new play through. Not sure what type of character I want to make was thinking maybe a bandit raiding caravans for fun me against the world kinda play. Not sure yet, wanted some more fun ideas. Got any?
